By signing up and paying for a lesson online, you acknowledge that there are risks associated with participation in lesson activities and, in consideration for the children's participation in such activities, hereby releases, indemnify and hold harmless the Waverunners Inc. Swim Team (a non-profit corporation) and the Waterford Swim and Tennis Club and each of their facilities, owners, operators, board members, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and/or successors and assigns from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, costs, expenses and compensation of any kind or nature, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, arising from or on account of any theory of liability, conduct or condition of the premises or property resulting in any injury to the person or property of the purchaser and/or the children of the purchaser while competing, practicing, officiating, observing, or participating for any other purpose in any swim team activities, where on or off the premises or property of the Waterford Swim and Tennis Club and pool.

The parent/guardian that purchases the lesson represents that he/she has the authority to sign for and bind the other parent(s)/guardian(s) of the participating children to this agreement and agrees to indemnify and hold the parties referred to above harmless from any liability which might otherwise arise.
