Nara is entering her 6th season as a Waverunner! She swam for Waterford her senior year, and has been an assistant coach for the last 4 years. This will be her first season as Head Coach! Growing up, Nara swam for HA and KYA for 13 years. She graduated from Case Western in May of 2025 with a B.S. in neuroscience, while also swimming all four years in sprint fly/free events.
Nara is taking two gap years before dental school. She currently works at a dental office and is also an assistant coach for Highbridge Aquatics.
Nara's favorite part about Waterford is the team culture and conference weekend. She is extremely excited for another amazing season with the best team. WAHOO
Lili is entering her 4th season coaching for Waterford after two years of swimming on the team. She swam in the Man O' War Swim Conference for 10 years and won High Point for 8 of them! She has also won multiple KY State Championships and medaled at Futures National Championship.
Lili has been a swimmer for 17 years. Growing up, she swam for KYA, HA and CARD. She swam D1 at Rice University where she specialized in butterfly and sprint free, and is currently finishing her last semesters studying finance.
Lili's favorite part of Waterford is the family community, and she loves helping and watching the kids improve throughout the season.
Lauren has been a part of the Waterford Waverunners for the last 12 seasons. She was a swimmer for 10 seasons, a swimmer coach for 4, and is now starting her 3rd season as an assistant coach, as well as directing the Minis program.
Lauren currently attends Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She will be a senior this Fall, majoring in Elementary Education!
Lauren’s favorite part of being a Waverunner is the community that she has found within the swim team and getting to coach with her best friends!
Campbell has been a part of the Waterford Waverunners for 12 years, and been a swimmer coach for the last three seasons! She has also been an assistant coach at Soul II Swim for the past three years. During her time in high school, she swam for Tates Creek and the Lexington Dolphins.
She is currently a first-year at the University of Kentucky where she is studying Integrated Strategic Communications (ISC).
One thing Campbell is most excited for this summer is building strong relationships with the new and old swimmers to get them prepared for meets and conference.
Michael has been part of the Waterford community as a swimmer and swimmer coach for 10 years. During that time, he also swam all four years at Lexington Catholic High School.
He is currently a second-year undergraduate student at the University of Kentucky, pursuing a career in dentistry. While at UK, he is an active member of the club soccer team and the Pre-Dental Society.
Michael's favorite part about Waterford is the fun, supportive community that not only encourages swimmers to grow into stronger athletes, but also better people.
Tierney has been a part of the Waterford Waverunners for 15 years - she started swimming when she was just 4 years old! She also swam for Lexington Dolphins and Tate's Creek High School.
She is continuing her swimming career as a collegiate athlete at Centre College, where she is involved in Kappa Delta and majoring in Politics.
Tierney is super excited to be back on deck this summer and cheer everyone on, and to also see how much the swimmers have grown! Her favorite part about Waterford is the energy and traditions that make this team so special.
